www.thecrimson.com Once again, it took the Harvard bats just a little too long to wake up. In a battle of the Ivy Leagues top two teams, the Crimson softball squad and Cornell (26-6, 5-1 Ivy) split a twinbill Saturday afternoon at a windy Soldiers Field.
It’s a little bit smaller than I expected, and batting helmet compartment is a bit snug. The other two compartments are for the bats, and the large middle compartment for the glove, etc… I would recommend this for ages 6-11, and is a great bag for beginers, excellent if you don’t have a lot of equipment, etc….very durable and looks great.

Bailey is playing softball for the first time this year, and she played her first game on March 20, 2007. She was the lead off batter, and she smacked the very first pitch! I don’t know about her, but I was full of butterflies!…So, this video is actually from her second turn at bat. Although her team lost 12 to 5, Bailey LOVED it and had FUN….and that’s what it’s all about! Oh yeah, “Go, Fight, Win!”
